For 25 years, Oficina3D has been bringing real estate projects to market. We are a visualization studio dedicated to real estate: CGI, film and virtual tours conceived as sales tools. Art as inspiration. Technology as a tool. Results as a commitment.
Ander Alencar started out drawing architecture on the drafting board, and that handmade craft laid a solid foundation for everything that followed. He lived through every turn in architectural representation: from the drafting board to vector drawing, from the first digital models to the 3D revolution, always as a pioneer.

In film, he learned to tell stories through images. He worked on the international feature film Asterix and the Vikings, back when animation was still drawn by hand, and studied animation with Pixar animators. That is where the obsession with light, lens and storytelling that marks every Oficina3D image comes from.
Over more than 25 years, he founded Oficina3D and created OF3D Academy, the world's largest archviz school. He has taught at the IUAV University of Venice, Italy, and spoken in many countries about the importance of an artistic eye and technical mastery to get the most out of every project. Because he has always shared this passion, he has millions of followers on social media.
Today he leads a team of internationally recognized specialists with one shared purpose: to turn projects into pure art, and art into value for every development.
